The Belial are one of the three Vampire bloodlines mentioned in Vampireology.
The Founder[]
Belial, along with Ba'al and Moloch, was a fallen angel with a thirst for blood. He attacked the Archangel Michael and could have killed him, but his hesitation meant that he met his end and was drained of blood. He was brought back from the dead by wandering tribes and left to the dark places of the earth where he could conceal his grief. No more is told of him.
The Progeny[]
The Belial, uniquely, feel remorse and often go mad with grief, though they are strongest in abstaining. In their base form they have three horns and possibly wings. This bloodline has the greatest shapeshifting power and can even turn into dragons and gryphons, though they prefer big cats such as leopards and jaguars. The only sure way of killing a Belial is to drain it of blood with a silver blade.
